its uh not very good are yyou using a laptop mic those don't record whispers very well. also your range is only one voice deep. try building up a few different voices. any thing from lord English deep to the monarch high. keep it villainous any you will be the best bad guy ever.heres my card

Use audacity its free do the voice you want then get noise profile to clean up the background noise then use normalize then compressor and clean audio.
